Rates and Payment Policies
All rates below are quoted in Canadian Funds
A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being started.
This can be faxed to me between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm EST/EDT
(hours
that I have my fax activated).
A detailed time summary sheet will be included with your invoice along with an itemized list of any other pre-approved
miscellaneous charges*.
Balance for hourly services is to be payable within 10 days of receipt of invoice. A 10% past-due charge will be applied and compounded monthly to all delinquent accounts.
Monthly retainers are available at a 10% discount for customers who require my services on a regular basis. A three month commitment of at least 15 hours per month is required. Larger discounts of 15% are available for commitment retainers larger than 20 hours per month. (Applies to virtual at-home services only) Unused hours roll over to the next month only.
Monthly retainers are due on the first of each month. No exceptions.
Payments can be made in the form of a cheque (for established clients only), cashier’s cheque, money order, or
Pay Pal.
Returned cheques will incur a $35 NSF fee.
I provide Virtual Assistant services at $35 per billable hour. Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments.
Same day (required within 24 hours)/rush service is $45.00 per hour.
*Other charges may incur such as long distance rates, postage, shipping costs, special office supplies or software, and printing as per your requested needs. All charges must be client-approved in advance.
If you require a personal office visit (in the Toronto Area Only), there is a minimum 4 hour charge at the
$45.00 per hour rate.
